- About the role
The
objectives of this Programme are to rectify and remediate current and former
employees for any Holidays Act non-compliances and make changes to our payroll
systems, policies and processes to ensure that our organisations - payrolls are
compliant with the Holidays Act (2003). This could include changes to the way
staff take leave, are paid, employment contracts and rostering processes.
This
high-profile business critical programme is large and complex, with key
milestones to be delivered over the next 12-months, ensuring we meet our
compliance obligations.
As a preference you will be based in Christchurch
(with some work from home flexibility - or remote options may be considered for
You will be

**responsible for**:
The Project
Administrator will support the Programme Manager and team, being responsible
for key quality administrative and organisational support and customer service
e.g. coordinating
and attending meetings, planning tasks, workshop scheduling and capturing outputs etc. You - ll be the gatekeeper of key project
controls keeping information up-to-date and available enabling delivery teams
to stay aligned, informed and well-organised.
This will include delivery plans, schedules, risk and issue logs and
governance documentation. In the role you
will work closely and collaboratively with the Programme Manager, leaders and
members of various workstreams and projects, and with various stakeholder
groups and leads, to directly contribute to the successful delivery of the
overall programme. Your role will also

**be required to**:

- Build and

maintain productive working relationships.
- Maintain
and preparing documents and reports.
- Assist
with Recruitment and onboarding.
- Coordinating
financial systems and approving systems.

Must Have

**Experience**:

- 5 years administrative/office management

experience.
- Proficient user of MS programme suite (e.g. Word,
Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Ability to manage or coordinate many
stakeholders.
- Taking meeting minutes and updating Programme logs
e.g. Action and Risk registers.
- Customer service experience.
- Project management and/or Programme Coordination experience
and/or related experience
in a secretarial/personal assistant position
- Efficient in developing and revising project plans
using MS
Project.
- Programme/project
reporting experience, including Governance reporting.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of New Zealand employment

legislation particularly the Holidays Act 2003.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the health
sector or other large Government sector organisation
- Understanding of HR processes and systems.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business,
HR or related discipline.
