Lugton’s have over 70 specialist residential, residential section, and lifestyle sales people, and a strong property management division supported by highly experienced management and administration team_._
Lugton’s recognise that their ongoing success is directly linked to continually improving their client focus. Due to retirement, they are looking for a **Sales Director** to drive the overall growth of the business. Reporting to and supporting the Managing Director in all areas, your main focus is the overall performance development of the team. You will have the responsibility developing the Real Estate Sales Team and will be required to
- Mentor and support the Branch Managers
- Consult, train, mentor and coach Real Estate Salespeople
- Run great Sales Meetings
- Contribute to Deal management and support
- Manage Compliance
- Recruit & develop new Salespeople
- Drive the Lugton’s Auction culture
- Grow and support the Property Management Department

- Real Estate Sales Management experience (preferred)
- Strong experience in sales training, coaching and team development
- Strong leadership, creativity and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- A current Real Estate Licence
