Reporting to the Country Managing Director, the role is responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction and vision of GEA Farm Technologies Division in New Zealand. This includes leading the senior management team to ensure high-quality and innovative products and services, which meets all quality, operational and financial targets.

The position is responsible for:

- Working authentically as the organisation’s leader to mentor and develop a highly engaged and motivated team.
- Developing and executing strategies that will positively influence operational performance and outputs, whilst driving growth and innovation.
- Planning and delivering robust and sustainable financial performance while managing business risk.
- Ensuring company sales and marketing strategies and product roadmaps are well-defined, positioning the business as market leaders whilst strengthening our sustainability.
- Developing, nurturing and leading valuable stakeholder relationships to drive market and business development.
- Full responsibility for the P&L and balance sheet including managing financial budgets in regard to the GEA Farm Technologies Division in New Zealand.
- Ensuring the Farm Technologies divisional strategies are delivered with measurable outcomes.
- Managing the business and operational risks, including health and safety.
- Liaising closely with the Farm Technologies Division Board, providing accurate and timely strategic input and reporting.
- Leading a culture that continuously strives to better empower all stakeholders with vision and purpose.

**Your profile and qualifications**:
About you:

- Hands on senior leadership experience from within the agricultural / farming industry is essential.
- Proven strategic and organisational leadership experience, showing consistent delivery of targeted strategic and operational outcomes.
- Excellent networking skills, building relationships at all levels, both internally and externally is key.
- The ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce, shaping a collaborative and inclusive high-performance culture in alignment with our values.
