The Information and Technology Services group is responsible for ensuring the Ministry has the Digital and Tech Services to operate effectively and safely, along with ensuring the Information assets we look after are accessible and protected.

Ko ake mahi - What you'll do
As the Coordinator you will be supporting the Chief Information Officer with inbox and diary management, coordinating meetings for the leadership team, and organising workshops and committees across the business unit.
You'll processes the financial workflows for the group including raising purchase orders and processing approvals for payment and be the interface between the finance processing team, suppliers of services to MoH the ICT Leadership team.

Ko pūkenga - What you'll bring
- Experience working with financial workflows such as purchase order raising and approvals, and contract and commercial approval processes.
- An interest in technology, project delivery or business processes.
- Experience working as part of a team in a government context or larger organisation.
- Supporting governance and board style meetings with minute and action taking and agenda management.
- Working with and supporting a manager, and leadership team.
