**The Opportunity**:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be based at our Christchurch office, collaborating closely with the People and Culture team and senior leadership to drive HR initiatives across the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing a small team of direct reports
- Addressing day-to-day employment matters
- Developing and refining policies and procedures
- Managing performance evaluation procedures
- Supporting the implementation of company-wide initiatives and events
- Assisting in recruitment efforts and offering guidance
- Coordinating staff training programs

**About You**:

- Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Human Resource Management
- Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Meticulous attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach
