Whilst all the above are important, your ability to work at pace and thrive in an environment that is both complex and varied is essential. The old adage “no two days are ever the same” is really brought to life here, so it is crucial that you are a team player who will happily support your peers whilst sharing and collaborating on the mahi we do. This is very much a one team culture and a sense of humour and the ability to not take yourself too seriously would stand you in good stead.
