Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and high performing Senior Advisor to join the Planning and Performance team at Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand.
As our Senior Advisor Planning and Performance, you will bring Toitū Te Whenua's performance story to life by ensuring it is presented in a way that is meaningful both within Toitū Te Whenua, and externally.
You will be part of an agile team and have the opportunity to work across the entire organisation, as well as supporting Ngā Amokura (our Senior Leaders). This role will be instrumental in supporting our outcomes, and you will lead your own portfolio of work from start to finish.
**He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience**:
- 5+ years' experience in relevant business planning and performance
- strong working knowledge of best practice central government planning, performance management and reporting
- expert at influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- ability to develop and strengthen trusted and respected relationships at across the organisation
- experience in an agile environment with planning and performance is desired
- thought leadership with the ability to generate and adopt new and innovative ways to assess performance
- lead individual and support cross-functional teams work and achieve through others
- understand the machinery of government processes and best practice for planning and performance
