Personal Assistant

We are a couple who are running a business based in Grey Lynn and are searching for an experienced and motivated person to provide administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner.
You will be responsible for tasks such as scheduling, sourcing office supplies, cleaning, and managing appointments.
**Responsibilities**
- **Assisting in office operations**:This involves managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This may include managing schedules, coordinating appointments, arranging transportation, and running errands.
- **Event planning and organisation**: Planning and organising events such as dinners and other social gatherings for the office and team.
- **Travel arrangements**: Occasionally, we may need assistance in booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- **Shopping and errands**: Running personal/office errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other shopping for the business.
**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Google Suite and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
