Our client is a large industrial service supplier with locations throughout New Zealand. With more than 550 employees, the payroll and HR support functions are a critical part of the overall employee experience. We are looking for someone to join this busy team that delivers efficient and accurate payroll services across the company. The position is varied, and will include:

- Assisting with the weekly and monthly payroll processing
- Checking and entering new employment agreements
- Data maintenance for a variety of systems
- Completing and filing IRD requirements
- Overseeing the mobile phone and tablet inventory
- Completing credit checks
- Assisting with the accounts payable processing
- General administration and reception backup
