This is a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity for an energetic HR practitioner to be a part of the world’s largest manufacturer of **professional dental products and technologies with a reputation for premium quality**.
**THE ROLE**
We are working through a period of significant transformation, so you will be a change agent and trusted advisor; a confidante who helps juggle business and individual needs to achieve great business outcomes. You will be comfortable working with complex situations and dealing with ambiguity. Above all, you will be committed to partner with the business to deliver commercial success
**This role will be broad and your tasks will vary but will include**:
- Lead and execute on HR initiatives and projects to create exceptional employee experiences,
- Provide coaching and support to line managers regarding employee matters
- As a trusted advisor, use relevant policies, business rules, awards, procedures, and legislation to provide advice, coaching and training to managers and employees
- Identify and implement a range of HR policies, procedures and processes across onboarding, training, staff movements, to support effective people management practices
- Prepare reports on key talent metrics
- Partner with our APAC HR Operations team and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all HR documentation and information into the monthly payroll process
- Lead the administration of all Dentsply Sirona cyclical tasks relating to remuneration, service recognition and performance review
- Lead OHS initiatives together with the OHS Consultant and manage workers compensation & injury matters
**Skills and Experience**
- **Experience in a similar role with a large multinational organization**:
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
- Ability to balance competing priorities and conflicting opinions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with regard to Award and Agreement interpretation, employee relations legislation (Fair Work Act), Occupational Health and Safety
- **Strong communicator who enjoys networking and participating in company-wide events**:
- Experience with Success Factors will be an advantage.
- Your experience will be supported by tertiary studies in HR or a related discipline.
