Human Resources Coordinator

CARTERS National Support Office in East Tamaki is seeking a people-centric Human Resources Coordinator to deliver critical HR services to our business. If you enjoy variety, keeping busy and an output-focused environment, then this could be the role for you
No two days are the same. In this pivotal role you will be the frontline contact for all HR related queries. You will be responsible for assisting with first level HR enquiries from Branch Managers and employees, liaising closely with payroll and recruitment as well as a number of administrative functions such as processing terminations; variations and various reporting, maintaining the employee data base while also working on exciting projects.
You'll possess outstanding organizational skills, an analytical mind and an eye for accuracy. This will be balanced by your positive attitude and approachable and empathetic nature, making you an invaluable asset to our HR team. You understand the need to demonstrate a level of professionalism and discretion.
The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
- Degree or similar HR qualification preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft/Excel (Medium Level)
