Part Time Administration Assistant

Looking for a reliable and hard-working person to provide reception, administration and Office assistance for this centrally located Property Company.

Tasks include:

- Front Of Desk - Welcoming clients, contractors and attending to beverage requirements etc.
- Answering and making calls to contractors and clients.
- Scanning and filling paperwork.
- Assisting the the residential and commercial property teams with administrative tasks and anything else of the like.

Some experience in this area of work is preferred, but not required.

A full New Zealand Drivers License is required.

The job is approximately 15-20 hours per week.
There can be flexibility around the above hours.
There may be opportunities to work longer hours depending on the workload week-to-week.

Pay rate will be a minimum of $23.00 per hour but can be negotiated with the Employer depending on experience.
