We are currently seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a part-time position with the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

Managing incoming calls and correspondence

Scheduling appointments and meetings

Assisting with data entry, filing, and document management

Coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $190.00 per day

Expected hours: 32 per week
