**Customer Service Representative - Auckland**
Our Client is looking for a customer service superstar to join the current Customer Service team on a part time basis to manage overflow. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment where you can assist in the management of day to day operations.
We currently have an excellent new opportunity due to organic growth. The focus of this role is to help support the customer service team and coordinate with the working team to ensure smooth operations.
**About the Role**
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding deliveries
- Respond to customer’s enquiries - product information, quality, service
- preparation or orders and jobs for the transport team, using initiative to ensure jobs are viable
- Provide support to the rest of the administration
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Exercise excellent customer service while at work such as effective communications and problem solving
- Pays high attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Have administration and customer service experience and a drive to help provide customers with the best possible experience
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office suite (including excel, outlook, word, industry specifc nav software for transport industry is a bonus)
- Available Weekends
As part of a small team, we require someone who is a team player, reliable, can contribute towards the overall success of the team and display great customer service skills.
