**Your new role**

As the part-time Office Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your tasks will be diverse, ranging from project administration to mundane yet essential duties. Key tasks:

- Collate and maintain insurance documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant to manage the office efficiently.
- Create and maintain lists, schedules, and calendars to optimise office operations.
- Manage office supplies, including stationery orders and inventory.

- Be open to learning and adapting as our company grows.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Outlook and Excel
