**The role**
Our Independent Living Village in Mt Eden is looking for a part time Administrator to join their dedicated team.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Delivering an exceptional experience for all residents and guests
- Taking ownership of administrative functions
- Ensuring the smooth running of service delivery
- Delivering professional customer service and administrative assistance in a style that brings calm to a busy environment
- Part of a team covering a 7 day period
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience in a customer facing or similar position
- Experience with payroll and accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers
- Experience managing administration systems
- Excellent computer skills. In particular, with the Microsoft suite
- An ability to resolve issues/complaints efficiently and escalate as required
- Experience answering and directing general enquiries regarding sales, accounts and services
- Eligibility to work in NZ.
