We’re hiring a new part time Administrator for our clients team In this role, you’ll be joining a business that provides great customer service in delivering their products across the Auckland. They've recently rolled out some new software across the business which is creating more admin work than expected.
This is a varied position, where you’ll be taking part in a wide range of duties... so we're looking for a quick learner and a great listener
Based in Wiri, this position is part time with the majority of work to be completed between 6AM and 10.30AM due to operational demands and deadlines.
**What you’ll be doing**:
Assisting the branch and office team with admin work
Use computer based systems with newly installed software
Enter information across different systems, both paper and online, with the best accuracy
**What we’re looking for**:
Experience and confidence in MS Office (specifically Microsoft Excel)
A quick learner who can take instructions and make things happen
An eye for detail so the work you're doing is accurate
And just as importantly... a great sense of humour This is a team who has fun
