**Chiefs and Hurricanes**

New Zealand Rugby Union seeks applicants for two Regional High-Performance Coach Development Managers to provide support and development for high-performance coaches located in the Chiefs and Hurricanes regions respectively. Successful applicants for these roles will become part of New Zealand Rugby’s High-Performance Coach Development team, the purpose of which is to grow the capability of New Zealand Rugby’s high-performance coaches.

The Regional Coach Development Managers will work with identified coaches from the Super Rugby Pacific, Super Rugby Aupiki, NPC and FPC teams within the region. They will also contribute to the development, implementation and periodic review of the New Zealand Rugby High Performance Coach Development Strategy and Framework, in conjunction with the High-Performance Coach Development Manager.

Applicants must have proven experience in coach, people or leadership development in a high-performance environment, and a good understanding of education and development processes. The ability to build strong professional relationships and work as part of a team is essential. Experience in a high-performance rugby environment is not a requirement.

- **These roles are part time contract roles that are the equivalent of 0.4 FTE.**
