About the Position and You
Regional Manager roles are critical in the way we support our network.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of Unichem and Life Pharmacy stores, which you will spend a great deal of your time with your people.

You will be working alongside, coaching, collaborating & guiding all staff at your allocated stores. You will provide strategic advice and coach your leaders to see opportunities within results.

Working closely with the Green Cross Health support office team, you will assist Pharmacy Leadership Teams to achieve success through peer-to-peer coaching and development strategies in multiple business facets such as HR processes, operational best practice, budget preparation, financial reporting and so much more - no two days are ever the same

Experience required:

  • Senior leadership level experience with demonstrated experience working in KPI / Sales environment ideally with a Retail setting
  • Skilled communication, ability and demonstratable success in coaching others, ability to engage, influence, lead and negotiate
  • Customer centric and continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong financial capabilities with demonstrated experience managing all reporting and key business metrics
  • Ability to drive performance through training and development
  • Ability to identify, grow talent and succession plan
  • Evidence of successful team engagement, relationship building and influencing


You will also hold a current NZ Drivers licence and be able to travel to the wider Green Cross Health network domestically and as needed.

Some weekend work and out of normal hours will be required.
