Lead and motivate our six (6) TWL and Truckstops based teams in Auckland and Hamilton.
**About the role**
This is your opportunity to lead our TWL and Truckstops Auckland and Waikato Branch Network covering Hamilton to Penrose, with the opportunity to shape, live and embed our company values into the branches, and really nurture and take care of our people and our customers.
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your primary focus will be to oversee and be responsible for the success of the Sales, Operations, and Profitability functions of your regional branches. You will work with Branch Managers to develop plans and implement ideas to increase safety and profitability within the region; while ensuring the overall people/staffing plan for the region reflects high performance and succession planning, as well as consistent mentoring, employee development, and coaching.
**About You**
- You're a proven leader with strong emotional intelligence, commercial acumen, and take ownership of financial management to drive excellence
- You enjoy enhancing manager competencies to ensure the ongoing success of the business into the future
- You understand sales and operational processes, and can interpret, extract, analyse and report on complex information. As a confident presenter you'll be able to tailor the information to your audience, turning it into plain English as needed
- You'll possess exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills and can effectively communicate with both customers and staff at all levels, along with demonstrated experience in working at a senior leadership team level internally
- If you have Transport or Service network experience this will be an advantage.
Above all you will be passionate about collaboration and working as 'one-team' to make things happen. You'll foster positive relationships and be solutions-focused with the ability to lead from the front.
