**About the opportunity**

Reporting to the General Manager of Construction, the Regional Manager has accountability for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. In addition, you will be a person who knows how to connect with the community and build a network, you will positively contribute to Business Development and nurture essential regional relationships. To be a successful regional manager you will:

- Lead, develop and empower your teams.
- Showcase your natural talent for leading problem-solving initiatives and oversee compliance and best practice across all projects.
- Manage and monitor regional budgets.
- Produce accurate regional reporting.
- As a member of the management team, nurture leadership and direction in the Hamilton branch.

**About you**
