**About the Role**

We have a great opportunity to join our Artificial Breeding (AB) team as an Office Manager. The role is a 12 + month opportunity covering a period of parental leave.

The role provides loads of variety and responsibility. You'll manage day-to-day admin, recruitment, training and working closely with key stakeholders. You'll be the glue in the team who ensures our AB operations run smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Recruitment, training, and management of seasonal staff during our seasonal peak periods
- Managing the day-to-day administrative requirements of our AB management team
- Arranging travel, calendar management, booking appointments, assisting with presentations, typing correspondence, purchasing and invoicing, and other general administration tasks.
- Working closely with Primary ITO to ensure seamless annual training requirements for our accredited AB apprenticeship programme.
- Create and manage our Nationwide AB Operations environmental sustainability planning and actioning.

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you'll have a positive, proactive attitude, work well with others and build relationships easily. We're looking for a fast learner, who is switched-on and able to use initiative to solve problems.

You'll also confidently demonstrate:

- Have experience gained in EA/PA, Office Management, or similar roles.
- Be system savvy with great MS Office skills, having SAP and CRM experience is advantageous.
- Have great attention to detail and skills in systems, data, and record management.
- Excellent relationship building and networking abilities.
- Be well organised with great task prioritisation and time management skills.
- Work well under pressure and deadlines.
- Having experience managing and hiring staff is advantageous.
- Experience or genuine interest in environmental sustainability for our business
