Argus Fire Protection is a well-known company with over 40 years' of experience in the fire protection industry. The company covers all aspects including fire system design, installation, and ongoing testing and maintenance of fire systems.

The Waikato currently has a vacancy for a highly motivated proactive and innovative individual to take on the position of Office Manager/ Senior Administrator reporting to the branch manager due to the current person relocating.

We are seeking a high performer with a strong work ethic and self-motivation with a positive, "can do, will do" approach, and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate.

If you are this person, then you will be required to demonstrate:

- NZ residency with a minimum of 5 years of New Zealand work experience
- Experience in the fire protection industry or construction (highly regarded)
- Administration experience in relation to delivering projects in the fire industry or a building-related industry (highly regarded)
- Financial understanding with relation to projects and services, WIP, and cost of sales.
- Ability to get along with a wide range of people to help manage a branch environment.
- Experience in customer service
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Knowledge and understanding of NZ Health and Safety
- Tertiary qualifications (highly regarded)
- Recent leadership role in a service business
