**We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team at PAK’nSAVE Clarence St**
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to take responsibility for the business’s financials and administration in our famous Hamilton store.
**Flexible Start date, before Christmas or end of January**
**The Role**:
- Lead a small, experienced office team
- Extensive use of SAP for all office functions including Accounts Payable and receivable, book keeping, reconciliations with bank statement, GST reconciliation and payment.
- Cash management and general accounting practices
- Payroll processing and authorisation (using Payglobal program) and PAYE reconciliation and payment
- Administration and management of staff records

- Pay Scale of $70,000 - 75,000 commensurate with capabilities and experience
**What are we looking for**:
- Experience with office functions of **SAP system** is crucial
- Payroll experience (with **Payglobal system** an advantage but not essential)
- Experience with bank statement reconciliation process using SAP.
- High attention to detail and quality of work
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- High level of communication skills
