**About the Role**

The role will be based on our client’s premises. The Facilities Coordinator is an entry level position, providing support to the clients Facilities Manager. The role requires liaising with contractors to complete maintenance tasks as issues arise along with ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

**Main Duties**

Scope of responsibilities include:

- Creating a welcoming, professional and friendly atmosphere
- Building checks
- Meeting room resets
- Support to the clients Facilities Manager
- Administrative tasks as required
- Liaise with internal customers and external suppliers
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and Client Health & Safety Standards
