**About the role**:
Join this team as a Facilities & Property Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in managing maintenance and facility-related support for all of their properties across the North Island. Your responsibilities will include addressing reported issues such as security, air conditioning, and building repairs, organising solutions, obtaining quotes, coordinating contractors, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
**In this role you will be**:
- Manage maintenance for all properties
- Handle security, air conditioning, and repairs
- Coordinate solutions, quotes, and contractors
- Manage approval process for costs
- Involved in some travel across North Island for site visits
- Build relationships and identify improvement areas on sites
- Provide support for the car fleet management
- Participate in various projects as needed

**About you**:
- Diligent with a high attention to detail and ability to analyse situations to find optimal solutions
- Motivated by a sense of urgency, ownership and proactive approach - anticipate problems and take proactive steps to address them
- Proven experience in a similar role in property, procurement or facilities would be ideal
- Flexible to handle and respond to urgencies outside of the regular office hours
