This role is responsible for coordinating the facilities services team and responding to inquiries and faults that come through.
This is an exciting role where no two days are the same.

Reporting and invoicing skillsEfficient service coordinationAt least two years experience working in facilitiesPlanned preventative maintenance administrationAn understanding of The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015Experience managing building contracts and servicesThe ability to build long term relationshipsYou will have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
