National Client Relationship Manager

**HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
The purpose of this role is to grow Flux's client book in volume and value, while empowering clients to succeed in the electric economy. Working with our talented team and partners in your local market, you will champion Flux's products, and in doing so win business from existing and new clients. What you'll be doing;
- Developing and driving the overall long-term strategy for client accounts in your market, aligned with Flux's business objectives.
- Proactively providing solutions to help our clients solve business challenges, positioning Flux as a trusted partner.
- Assisting with challenging client requests and issuing escalations as needed.
- Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement. This includes building and maintaining a strong pipeline in your market and actively moving these opportunities through the sales process.
- Collaborating with the global sales team and our partners to identify and grow opportunities within your market.
- Negotiating and closing business contracts that optimise outcomes for both Flux and our clients.
- Working closely with the product, engineering and client solutions teams to ensure clients/prospects and Flux understand the status of initiatives, and help clear any blockers.
- Forecasting and tracking key metrics to enable financial management.
- Representing your portfolio at weekly and quarterly sales meetings and preparing reports on account status for key business meetings.
**ABOUT YOU**:
The knowledge, experience, and skills you bring to this position include:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in software or technology sales, with a proven record of achievement.
- High level relationship management skills, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience identifying new business growth opportunities, with a strategic focus.
- A history of solutions-based sales at C-Suite - Enterprise level.
- Strong interpersonal skills including confidence, open-mindedness, diplomacy and empathy and the ability to build credibility.
- High degree of initiative and accountability. You must be a self-starter who understands their role in a team, and the criticality of communicating well and following processes.
- Quick and eager learner, and be constantly building your knowledge of our clients businesses and the rapidly changing energy sector.
- Positive, energetic and driven, with a strong growth-mindset and collaborative working style.
