**Join us as a Client Relationship Manager.**

As a Client Relationship Manager at Redvespa, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with our clients and consultants to identify market opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and nurture client relationships to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account management and business development efforts.
- Collaborate with consultants to deliver the right talent to meet client expectations
- Conduct contract negotiations and manage the sales opportunity pipeline effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, guidance, and support throughout the engagement process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Redvespa consultants
- Champion Redvespa's culture of care, authenticity, and high performance in all interactions.

**The experience we need.**

We’re looking for people who have experience in:

- Corporate account management and business development
- Selling professional services is a must
- Maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- High level of commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Resilience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in managing sales pipelines and conducting contract negotiations
- Experience in recruitment within the project space is advantageous
- A sound understanding of the SDLC and project methodologies
