**About our Opportunity**
Due to maternity leave, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our small Customer Service Team to provide proactive and professional service and support as a first point of contact for all customer enquiries. Working in close collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain, you will provide excellent service to support the business and consolidate the Detmold Group’s reputation for delivering on the promise of quality, service and efficiency to our customers both internal and external.
Key responsibilities include:

- Processing high volumes of customer orders, ensuring invoicing requirements for nominated accounts are completed accurately, and container tracking and customer stock reporting is done on a timely basis.
- Coordinating internally and externally, ensuring accurate on time delivery of goods to nominated Detpak NZ Accounts.
- Proactively addressing customer concerns and requests, developing solutions that demonstrate the Detmold promise of delivering quality value and service.
- Promoting the organisation’s products and services to customers through all interactions and telephone contact.

**About You**
You’ll have previous experience in a similar role, processing a high volume of orders and delivering an exceptional level of service to customers, within a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-management skills are critical in this role; you must be able to forge both strong external partnerships and robust internal relationships, to assist you in collective problem-solving.
The ability to work steadily under pressure and with a high degree of accuracy is crucially important, as is the ability to interpret and manipulate large sets of inventory data. You will be comfortable picking up and navigating in-house systems, and strong Excel skills are a must
Strong personal accountability, the willingness to persevere, and the ability to maintain personal resilience, even under times of pressure, will ensure your success in this role.
