**About the role - Atu mo te mahi**
We are looking for an experienced Account Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract, where you will be given the opportunity to work for this well-established organisation and utilise and build on your account coordinator and sales experience.
**About this opportunity**
Based near Auckland Airport in modern offices and working alongside a friendly and supportive team, you will be providing key support across the NZ business and working closely with the sales team, group supply chain and key clients.
**Key tasks and accountabilities (not limited to)**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to the NZ sales accounts through all interactions
- Manage all customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Consistently promote organisations products and services through all interactions with customers
- Ensure ordering and invoicing requirements for nominated accounts are completed accurately
- Accurate container tracking and customer stock reporting
- Coordinating internally and externally to ensure accurate and on time delivery of goods to nominated NZ accounts
- Coordinate debtors and aged stock management including slow moving and aged stock allocations

- You will have previous experience in a similar role, delivering an excellent level of service to high profile customers within a fast-paced environment
- You will have the ability to remain accurate and detailed when working under pressure
- You will be confident working within Microsoft Excel and using different functions
- You will have excellent communication skills and confidence in your ability to maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- You will have a passion for delivering results
- You will have the ability to handle multiple priorities
