- **About the Opportunity**
Reporting into our Export Documentation Manager within our Global Supply Chain team, we have opportunity to join our team on a fixed-term contract as an Export Documentation Coordinator. Our Export Documentation Coordinators are critical members of the Fonterra Trade Documentation Centre team ensuring the necessary trade documents are processed in a timely manner for the export clearance of every order.Your key accountabilities in this role will include:
- **
Processing** - timely export government clearances obtained for export sales and trade docs processed per world class practices with world class customer value management. Using new technologies such as Machine Learning to process timely and accurate export documentation.
- ** Compliance** - working with the Sales Team and Account Managers as well as various third-party authorities ensuring Documentation is processed within international codes of practice and standards, country requirements, sales contracts and Fonterra policies and business rules. Country and bank / buyer credit risks covered within Fonterra’s policy. Proactively identifying potential issues and managing them to minimize risks, exposure or delays.
- ** Strategy**:
- understanding the vision, strategies and maturity map or journey to the future. Engaging with customers and supporting team with strategic e-trade data and automated solutions.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be a collaborative team member with the ability to clearly communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders. You will also have the ability to problem solve day-to-day issues including identifying continuous improvement opportunities.Other relevant skills and experience include:
- Export documentation experience or a combination of export documentation and international supply chain university level studies
- Demonstrated capability of working with process complexity with multiple requirements and timelines
- Experience or exposure to international banking and trade finance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a “can do” attitude.
