**About the role**:
Join an excellent NZ company in this exciting role, managing export logistics and assisting with documentation. Work alongside the international trading team and provide back up to the export documentation team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing and management of export loadouts for designated markets and products
- Ensuring clear and proactive communication with the traders, supply managers and cool stores regarding inventory, loads and dispatches.
- Manage day to day shipping demands, including cover bookings and allocations. Supporting the shipping team to obtain additional space requests with shipping companies as needed.
- Processing of all export dispatch files
- Providing support to update stock EDI files as needed.
- To support the export documentation team when additional resource is required.
- To provide logistics support to traders as needed when they are overseas.
- Oversee the MPI system, including updates and audits. Circulating the relevant information to the wider export team as needed.
- Ordering and distribution of container seals
- Manage the NZ Customs relationship on behalf of the company including Secure Export and audits etc.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Prodoc experience is preferred.
- A great understanding of the NZ export business is ideal.
- NZ Customs Pin is required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is preferred.
- Team player-supportive of the goals of the wider team and works well in a team.
