**The role**:We are seeking a senior export airfreight operator to join this busy team who have an amazing export manager who offers great support.You will manage customer relationships and the logístical movements including the documentation of airfreight shipments and consolidations.

**Duties**:

- Building strong customer relationships adhering to their export requirements
- Negotiate rates with the Airlines
- Complete quotes for external and internal clients
- Process bookings and documentation
- Coordinate and arrange export cartage with transport companies
- Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, MPI and NZ customs
- Complete invoicing,
**Skills & experience**:

- 4+ years export operations specifically airfreight with an International Freight Forwarder specifically in international freight forwarding
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IATA / RACA Approved and Cargowise preferred.
