Oji Fibre Solutions is New Zealand’s leading manufacturer of pulp, paper and suppliers of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the country. Our Paper Bag business based in Penrose, Auckland designs and produces high performance multi-wall bags for key New Zealand industries including Dairy, Building Products, Flour, Sugar and Vegetables throughout the country and into offshore markets.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, we are on the lookout for 2 new people to join our team. You need a minimum of 2+ years customer service or sales support experience. If you are used to thinking outside the square and can take ownership of your work, and have worked within Packaging, Manufacturing, Industrial, Printing or Export sectors then this role maybe for you.

The role is responsible for:

- Providing outstanding support to our external sales team by ensuring a high level of customer service and account management of existing and new customers
- Liaising with clients from the initial ordering stage, right through to the delivery of the product and managing the processes for new designs and artwork
- Liaising with Oji Sites and Freight Forwarders to ensure accurate administration of export documentation.
- Accurate entry of data including high value orders where every detail is critical.
- Looking for continuous improvement opportunities
- Generating and distributing weekly and monthly reports to customers and internal stakeholders

What we need:

- Experience in customer service or sales support working within a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking, a superstar at prioritising work in a busy deadline focused industry.
- The ability to think on your feet and work closely with our customers, external sales and production teams.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner who enjoys problem-solving and has a high attention to detail.
- Experience within Packaging, Manufacturing, Industrial, Printing or Export sectors advantageous
- Must be highly Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel with SAP advantageous.

You will pride yourself on being well organised, capable of multitasking and a superstar at prioritising. Thinking on your feet is what you do best and fast paced is second nature to you.
