- To proactively promote Ara programmes, courses, and services through the provision of accurate and thorough programme and course advice.
- To provide a proactive, effective, and efficient admission and enrolment service
- Promoting the benefits of education at Ara in all interactions

- Intermediate capability of MS Office Suite and IT packages
