- Based in Burwood HospitalAs an Admissions
Officer in the Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) at Burwood Hospital you will
be providing
administrative and general clerical services to support and assist staff and
patients within the Operating Suite, Burwood Hospital which consists of
Theatre, AU/PACU and TSU.
We are looking for an amazing administrator who is
welcoming and friendly. If you can prioritise multiple work tasks, enjoy
working in a high-functioning kapa (team), and have a passion for arranging
administration tasks for our tūroro (patients) we would like to hear from you.

This is a permanent part-time role working Monday
to Friday Evenings from 4.30pm to 8pm
As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role has been mapped to National Band3/Profile 3

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating admissions and admitting patients Working with a

variety of patient management systems
- Ensuring all information is collated, patient records are complete
and managed
- Providing excellent customer service
