Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi - About the Role
As the International Groups Administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of the international group training courses.

This will involve thorough and close liaison with the Manager of the School of English, international recruitment and international admissions colleagues at all stages of programme development, planning and delivery.

Often, students are accompanied by staff from their own institutions and liaising with the overseas staff is an important part of the role.

You will also liaise with homestay and activity providers, academic staff and the international student advisors to ensure the programmes are well organised and that students are safe and happy.

The administrator is also responsible for gathering feedback from students on the quality of the programmes delivered.


The international training programmes run at certain peak times of the year and the busiest times are from November to March and July to August.

Flexibility to devote more hours to the role during these peak periods, and fewer hours at other times is essential.
