This HRBP role presents an opportunity to partner with Clinical Leaders and Management as a trusted advisor and change agent, to influence decision making and implement initiatives to improve service delivery.

This is a critical and influential role in the P&C function, that partners and supports our people leaders. As part of this role, you will work closely within a dedicated business portfolio in a hands on, operational HR role that will work as a trusted advisor on day-to-day HR issues and input into our HR strategy and practices that enhance and develop the ability to deliver sound HR services to our managers and their staff.

This is a permanent full-time, Monday to Friday position, based at Middlemore Hospital.

**Mōu ake **| **About you**

As an HRBP, you will bring expertise in HR disciplines, including ER, and you’ll have the experience and remit to co-design and deliver people and culture initiatives to build organisational capability.

This is a diverse role, and we are looking for a solid HR all-rounder. You will be a confident communicator who engages effectively and is able to hold bold conversations with the senior leaders you are working with.
- Seasoned HR professionals with a minimum of five years' advisory experience with proven ability to work within large-scale organisations and in complex and unionised HR environments.
- You will have good working knowledge across all areas of HR, with special emphasis on Employment Relations and your strong communication skills will allow you to form solid relationships across all levels of the business.
- You will have demonstrated ability in managing and supporting the delivery of HR policies and procedures, as well be able to drive and manage a range of projects.
- The ability to influence and constructively challenge others in a professional manner.

We are looking for someone who will be adaptable, approachable and have excellent time management and prioritisation skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
