**This is a varied role and you will be involved in**:

- Partnering and supporting managers across the full employee life cycle.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the People & Culture group strategy.
- Fostering innovation and development of HR services and products, reflective of HR best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of the following:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or similar
- Significant experience in providing the full end to end HR services and support to managers.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and relevant employment legislation.
- Experience implementing organisational change processes to achieve strategic organisational objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills allowing you to interact with stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation.
- The ability to plan and organise work programmes to meet deadlines and achieve quality standards.
- The ability to comfortably navigate change and ambiguity.
