**About the Role**

The Human Resources Business Partner has sole responsibility for the day-to-day HR Operations across both New Zealand and Australia you will be accountable for ensuring HR processes and practices are being executed by leaders who are accountable for managing their people.

This is a vital sole charge role that provides expert guidance and coaching and serves as a key liaison between senior management and our staff across the organization. The role delivers exceptional HR operations, resolving HR & ER related issues, it is responsible for drafting and implementing all HR policies and initiatives, recommending and implementing a new HRiS.

The HR Business Partner manages end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, promotions, and offboarding. It oversees the maintenance and accuracy of employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

You have responsibility for preparing preparing all offers of employment. You will need to have experience drafting and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with company values and legal requirements.

The role requires knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring MoleMap's HR practices remain compliant with local and national l
motivation, attendance, or other employment issues.

**About You**

The following personal attributes will see you stand out from everyone else:
A Bachelor’s degree in either Human Resources, Commerce, Industrial Relations or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR operations, employee relations and HR Administration.
A thorough understanding of employment legislation in both New Zealand & Australia
A proven track record in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation
Experience in the management and resolution of personal grievances.
Strong experience in recruitment
Strong coaching skills
Experience designing and implementing processes and procedures.
Experience selecting and implementing an HRiS
