**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
To provide comprehensive high quality, timely support, and assistance to the Head of Workplace Relations & Remuneration (HOIRR) with a specific focus on:
- ensuring the HOIRR's work programme is proactively managed to ensure smooth and effective delivery. This includes dealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
- managing the HOIRR's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management and seamless logistics.
- acting as a liaison between the HOIRR and other senior leaders, business units and external stakeholders.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role providing support to a senior executive and their team.
- Government and health sector experience desirable.
- Communication effectiveness - demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship effectiveness - demonstrates an ability to build rapport, being a good listener, and easy to approach and talk to.
