**Your Impact**

The Assistant Brand Manager, working closely with the Portfolio Growth team is responsible for the execution of our plans to unlock brand and category growth across our alcohol portfolio in NZ. You will be accountable for implementing projects relating to our annual activity plan as briefed by the portfolio growth team, working to the agreed timelines and DMI budget.

You will also support the portfolio growth team through the brand planning process, playing a support role in brand planning and will also support the Head of Insights and Marketing Operations with consumer insights projects. Accountable for working with the cross functional teams, to drive executional excellence to meet or exceed project expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the portfolio growth team to deliver agreed projects from initial brief through to final execution in an efficient and timely manner
- Monitor and regularly share updates on agreed projects and own capacity with the Head of Insights and Marketing Operations
- Input into NZ brand level consumer research to build capability
- Support the annual brand planning process, in line with our long-term business priorities and aligned to our portfolio strategies

**About You**

Looking for an individual that understands the value in collaboration and engagement skills to work towards a shared goal. A confident communicator with exceptional presentation skills.
- Junior Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales experience within the FMCG sector
- Formal degree in Business, Commerce and/or Marketing is highly desirable
- Ability to develop relationships quickly across a wide cross-functional team
- Analytical - strong skills in Excel and understanding data
