Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Our Customer Success Team provide a highly effective, centralised and customer focused backbone ensuring the success of our Customer Sales and Management teams.
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you'll work directly with our Account and Business Managers on day-to-day customer management, customer reporting and continuous improvement of customer driven processes. This means that our customers can engage seamlessly with our teams and their Business Managers. And as part of the Customer Success team, you'll be focused on outputs that are relevant and that deliver value to our customers. This is where the magic happens.

**This will see you being involved in**:

- Account Maintenance
- Operational or service investigations / escalations.
- Pricing queries and investigations.
- Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for customers

The team have a great continuous improvement focus and therefore a key component of your role is to also proactively contribute to the ongoing efficiency of the customer enablement team by identifying things we can simplify, migrate online or stop when not adding value to the customer or business.
Mōu - About you
You'll be an experienced in delivering exceptional customer service and providing top notch administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders within an operational business.
You'll combine this with
- A proactive, action orientated personality
- Strong attention to details
- problem solving skills
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and using pivot tables, charts, formulas and look ups

It goes without saying, but we'll say it anyway, you'll be a great team player, love collaborating and have stellar communication skills.
