Personal Assistant

We are currently seeking a **Personal Assistant**.
**Location - Auckland**
**Job type - Full time**
**Duration - Permanent**
**Minimum guaranteed hours - 30 hours**
**Salary - 25-30 $/hour**
**The Key Responsibilities will be**:
- Maintain files and records so they are updated and easily accessible.
- Maintain confidential files and documents.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls as appropriate.
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks, etc.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Information and Records Management**, **including filing, and keeping the contacts database up to date.
- Preparing reports in Xero, and reconciling accounts against monthly bank statements.
- Verifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to the management.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for events and functions.
- Maintaining stationary, petty cash and document preparation.
- Organise meetings and take minutes of meetings and dictations.
- Customer liaison and problem-solving.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
**You must meet the following skills and experience requirements**:
- The tertiary level qualification will be advantageous.
- Being able to speak the South Indian languages and Hindi is advantageous
- Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Having a strong work ethic and being able to work well under pressure, honest and reliable.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
