**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Specialist, and first point of contact, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound inquiries from clients interested in joining our platform and learning more about our products.

**The Office and Work Mates**

Being a participant in the worldwide online realm, this position is dedicated to remote work, allowing for placement in any part of New Zealand where there is an internet connection Expect to be enrolled with full training and 24/7 support. You may be working remotely but there is nothing distant about our team culture.

**Your Time**

This is a flexible, autonomous role, with operating hours designed to work around your schedule. We offer part-time and full-time positions. Please note we are seeking self-driven motivated individuals who can get the work done in a timely fashion, without being supervised or micromanaged.

**Advantageous Skills (but not necessary)**
- Computer literacy skills.
- Rehearsed in social media platforms.
- A track record of high customer service performance.

**Daily involvement**
- Making inbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Clearly communicating our services and products with prospects, following a script for accuracy of information.
- Setting appointments and follow-up post-enquiries.
- Maintain thorough notes in our already established CRM system.
- Provide clear and effective tele and media communications.
- Attend 3 x weekly team training calls.
- And be an all-around engaged and responsive team member.
