This includes identifying new market opportunities and collaborating in commercial operations. Working both vertically and horizontally across the organisation, allowing us to work together as a team towards a common goal. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Functional Manage Key Account Customers; owning the day to day relationship with the customer Develop and implement the joint category plan Own forecasting and management of the trade spend accrual process Communication and support to the field team around priorities; setting KPIs and investing in their personal development Implementation of NPD Execute against identified priorities from the customer plan Deliver volume, sales revenue, margin, and market share targets Ensure compliance of operational standards to minimise business risk and inefficiencies Stock Management Oversee sufficiently stocking distributor & 3PL warehouses Oversee GS1 & Foodstuffs Exchange Compliance Work collaboratively with Senior team members to develop and execute Behemoth's Business Plan, ensuring alignment with Behemoth's Strategic Plan. Contribute to new ideas. Assist in driving commercial growth through strategic planning and evaluation. Collaborate & maintain a full picture of the market covering members, competitors, key suppliers and other significant factors, through research, analysis, surveys, and personal engagement. Working with the CEO, CFO, & Brewteam to produce market forecasts including key sales for forecasts for business planning. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Behemoth's services, products, and internal processes. Work with 3PL companies to ensure accurate delivery of finished goods. Service Performance Monitor, analyse and report the performance of services offered to customers including but not limited to: market penetration, customer satisfaction, financial performance and return on investment. Represent, manage, develop, and sell Behemoth's products in the Export Market Weekly contact with all current or developing Export markets Organise & Process Export pre-orders: Provisioning and allocating available products, liaising with production/logistics, order creation, stock movements, invoicing, export paperwork, supplying alcohol contents, freight forwarder management and in some cases producing COA (Certificates of Analysis and COO (Certificates of Origin). This includes allocating seasonals before they are brewed and having stock in place for export. Organise & Process Export post-order process: Provision of marketing or bespoke collateral where relevant, special brews for customers and ranging information for supermarkets. Provide the Company with monthly Export Sales reports Assist in organising trade visits, expos, and/or tastings as required. Leading all E-Commerce sales: taking into account weekly releases, sales portal abilities, different pack options, gift with purchases, payment types, etc; Liaise with the marketing team to achieve successful promotions for online sales; Leading the increase of customer databases (for Behemoth & BUL partners) to deliver further online sales; Participating in team meetings and researching current trends with the goal of enabling Behemoth to quickly and flexibly respond to consumer demands and opportunities General Teamwork Work with team members who are involved with the initiation and implementation of horizontal projects, products and services. Work autonomously within the team, supporting other members and contributing to team goals and spirit. Be a role model, across and outside of Behemoth Brewing, always representing the organisation in positive terms.
