About the Role:

Reporting into the GM of Global Markets & Product Marketing you will be the gatekeeper of the Global Sales strategy, ensuring best in class execution across the active markets and championing the nuances in execution between each.

You will be the conduit between the Christchurch based Head Office and the in-market teams, ensuring the delivery of outstanding commercial results for NPFG.

You will ensure the markets have the tools to execute and that Head Office is doing everything possible to ensure they are set up for success.

This will include ensuring Trade / Product Marketing tools are consistent but tailored to individual markets.

About You:

This is a great opportunity for someone who has come from a traditional FMCG Key Account Management background with grocery / multi-channel experience who is looking to broaden their toolkit and growth potential in a global role.

We're looking for strong strategic experience, responsible for growing accounts top to bottom, P&L responsibility, and business planning.
If you've had experience in trade marketing or dealing with distributors that would also be helpful.

You must be able to work cross functionally, as this role will work with marketing, distribution, end customer, senior leadership, and operations.
