This is a brand-new role created to support the Sales Director to drive high performance and growth from Contact Centre sales team.

This Contact Centre is comprised of 45 front line outbound sales agents, whose significantly important role is to reach out to generated leads, uncover the possibilities, qualify fully and make appointments for Business Development Managers.

Your leadership skills will prove invaluable as you work to analysis performance and optimise the efforts of the team with pace based on your smarts and market knowledge. This role has three direct reports in support, one being more senior.

The requirement is 5 days per week on site at their stunning waterfront premises Benefits include a salary commensurate with the skills required, plus bonus on reaching targets, discounted health insurance, career development plus other valuable benefits.
- Drive, motivate and coach team members to meet KPI’s.
- Manage data and create exciting new campaigns across all channels.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews with your Managers.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for all team members.
- Monitor, train and develop your teams to deliver specific expertise to clients.
- Liaise with the Field Sales teams to ensure co-ordination of post meeting outcomes.
- Hit daily booked and meeting targets with quality opportunities.

You will have
- A proven track record at senior level managing an outbound call centre.
- An intelligent approach, be assertive with a confident personality and natural leadership qualities.
- Experience in interpreting data to strengthen outcomes.

You will able to demonstrate:

- Success in a similar role at a senior level.
- Drive to improve highly measurable, daily (even hourly) performance goals and achieve KPI’s.
- Confidence, resilience, grit and the ability to encourage and motivate others at all times. Yet have the tough conversations when required.
- Excellent organisation, time-management skills, ambition and a results orientated approach.
