**About the role**
As Head of Sales & Service, you’ll lead the Sales, Commercial and Service Delivery team within the Fibre business unit to ensure we deliver on our growth aspirations.
You’ll engage with our customers to understand their requirements, build solutions and identify opportunities. Vector Fibre provides wholesale services, so you’ll be working alongside complex businesses delivering complex solutions.
Please note, this is a fixed term position for a period of 12 months.
**Who we are looking for**
- You’ll be a savvy Sales professional, ideally with existing connections throughout the Telco network
- You will have the ability to implement an overarching sales strategy that will achieve the company’s revenue growth, revenue retention and most importantly grow our customer relationships
- A service superstar, you have a genuine passion for stakeholder engagement and relationship management. You’ll need to be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders at executive-level across businesses
- You’ll have a wealth of Sales leadership experience, and thrive on leading and mentoring diverse teams and keeping senior leadership team stakeholders informed
- You’ll be adept at forecasting and pipeline management, with sound reporting and analytics skills
- Naturally, you’ll have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence.
